Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@candletown.net with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging along with the RMA number and proof of purchase.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
